Metal Max Xeno takes place in the former location of Tokyo Bay, now a desert referred to as Distokio by its inhabitants, approximately a century after the "Great Annihilation" in which the supercomputer NOA attempted to destroy human civilization in order to prevent further ecological disasters. A remake, titled Metal Max Xeno: Reborn, was released in Japan for Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 in September 2020, and was released worldwide alongside a port for Microsoft Windows in June 2022. It is the sixth title in the original Metal Max main series, and the second title for Sony's PlayStation console, the first being PlayStation 2's Metal Saga. The PlayStation 4 version was released in North America and Europe in September 2018. Tank Stars is an excellent combination of turn-based action and strategy that offers a fast and fun gameplay. Also, with the money you earn, you can level up each one of your weapons. You can use nuclear bombs, guided missiles, shotguns, napalm, ice missiles, and much more. In Tank Stars, you'll find over a dozen different weapons, some more useful for long distances, and others are better for short distances. You use your right thumb to aim your cannon and choose the type of weapon you want to use. On each turn, you can move a short distance, depending on your tank's fuel level. You can even battle it out against a friend on the same device. You can play either against AI or other players online. Here, you control a tank and your mission is to destroy another enemy tank. Tank Stars is a 2D action and strategy game that's pretty similar to the Worms saga.
